Mark is a director of Te Whakahaere, Aotearoa New Zealand’s only full-service climate change advisory firm. He is a lawyer and world leader in climate change regulatory and policy risk. He has worked extensively as a climate change policy advisor to governments in Australia and was also political advisor to Aotearoa New Zealand’s Climate Change Minister during the development of NZ’s climate change legislative regime.
