José Renato Laranjeira de Pereira is an Alexander von Humboldt Stiftung's German Chancellor Fellow and an advisor at the Brazilian think tank Laboratory of Public Policy and Internet - LAPIN. He is also an MSc candidate at the University of Brasília researching artificial intelligence regulation.
