Jean de Dieu Cirhigiri has a master’s degree in public policy from the Willy Brandt School of Public Policy, University of Erfurt, Germany.  His main focus lies on the economic implications of digitalisation and data accesses in the global debates. He spoke at the European Public Policy Conference in Spain; he is a delegate at the World Bank Group Youth Summit, a civil society organisation consultant, and he co-founded and chaired Youth Forward Congo, a non-profit organisation promoting youth entrepreneurship and its civic participation in the DRC. He published on DRC Covid-19 disinformation with the Heinrich Boell Foundation – North America Office as well as DRC Covid-19 situation with the Policy Corner.
